Drawing Marathon
June 2 - 13, 2008
Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
Graham Nickson with Ron Milewicz
Working from direct observation during an intensive two-week period, students explore all major elements of the language of drawing. The concepts of the relational and of metaphor are major elements of this endeavor. Models in dramatic and original environments are part of this dialogue. Current and historic attitudes toward drawing will be discussed. Scales are extreme, small and large; materials diverse, and the physical and intellectual rigorously engaged.
The cost for this Marathon is $1,625
