Sculptor, represented by McKee Gallery, NY. Author of The Language of Sculpture (Thames and Hudson, 1974). Work exhibited widely throughout the United States and internationally, including solo shows at the Tate Gallery, London; Storm King Art Center, NY and representation at the Venice Biennale. Commissions include large-scale public works in Bilbao, Spain; Buenos Aires; and La Jolla, CA. Recipient of the Guggenheim Fellowship and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Sculpture Center.
